Ruby Saltbush bush tucker

Ruby Saltbush (Enchylaena tomentosa) bush tucker plants. Ruby Saltbush is a hardy, drought tolerant plant growing to 1m with semi-succulent, grey leaves. The fruit appears bright yellow and matures to ruby red when it is edible. The foliage can also be picked and boiled for eating.
