We use trusted couriers such as Aramex and Australia Post to deliver your order. At checkout, you’ll see the delivery options available for your address and can choose the one you want.
One Low Delivery Price
- You pay the same delivery price whether you buy one plant or many.
- You will see this price clearly at checkout.
- Adding more plants to your order does not increase the delivery cost.
Tracking your Order
We’ll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Arrival Times
Most customers receive their plants within 3–7 days, depending on location.
Although delays are rare, they can occasionally occur during busy periods or due to postal issues — we genuinely appreciate your understanding if this happens.
Your plants should arrive in excellent condition. However, if they don’t, Ladybird Nursery will gladly help you revive any damaged plants. Please don't hesistate to reach out if you’re not completely satisfied.
Packing Your Plants Safely
Rest assured, we take every precaution to ensure your plants are well cared for during transit.
Before packing, our team waters each plant and nourishes it with a gentle liquid feed. Then, we wrap each one carefully in protective materials and secure it inside sturdy boxes to prevent movement during transport.
By partnering with top-tier couriers, we make your plants’ safety our top priority — meaning incidents of transit damage are extremely rare.
We occasionally trim taller trees to fit into standard courier boxes. This light pruning isn’t a problem — it actually encourages new growth.
Nursery Pickup Instructions
To order online and collect your plants at the nursery, choose the “Pickup” option at checkout.
Please collect your order within 7 days. If you need extra time, contact us — we’re happy to help where possible.
Some Plants we can only deliver to QLD
Some plants we cannot ship outside Queensland due to interstate biosecurity laws - these are marked with "QLD Only".
Pick Up Only
Some items are too large or not suitable for posting. These products are marked “Pick Up Only”. They can still be purchased online or in-store, but must be collected from the nursery as no delivery option is available.
