Kwai Mai Pink Lychee

Kwai Mai Pink was imported from Southern China in the 1930's. This variety has stood the test of time, and is still widely regarded as one of the best lychees available in Australia. Consistently bears large crops of very good quality sweet fruit. Grows 2 to 5 meters high, is suitable for growing in a large pot, can be kept trimmed to 2 meters. Trees are air-layered (grafted) and approx 50-60cm high above the pot.
