What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
While we do our best to keep everything in stock, we can't guarantee availability. If an item isn't available, we'll promptly refund your purchase price. Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to process.
How long do I have to collect my pick-up order?
Please collect all pick-up orders within 7 days. If you're unable to collect within this timeframe, the order will become nursery property, and we won't be able to issue a refund unless otherwise agreed upon.
My plant doesn't have flowers/fruit like in the picture. Is something wrong?
Not at all! Some of our images show what plants may look like as they mature and thrive under your care. Photos displaying plants in full bloom or bearing fruit are meant to inspire you and show what your plant can become. Your new plant may arrive in an earlier growth stage, ready for you to nurture into its future splendor.
What kind of pot will my plant come in?
All plants are provided in plain black plastic nursery pots. Any images showing decorative pots are for illustration purposes only—decorative pots are not included with your plant purchase.
Why does my tree look like it's been trimmed or cut back?
Sometimes we need to trim taller trees to fit them into shipping boxes, as carriers have strict height limits. The good news is that this trimming actually benefits your trees! It encourages new growth and branch formation, helping them thrive and become bushier in their new home.

How do you prepare plants for shipping?
We take every precaution to ensure your plants arrive safely! Before packing, we thoroughly water each plant and nourish it with a mild liquid plant food. Then, we carefully wrap each plant and secure it in protective boxes. Every pot is safely tucked inside to prevent damage during transit. By partnering with top-tier courier services, we prioritize your plants' safety, making incidents of transit damage exceedingly rare.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer fixed-rate shipping, which means you pay one low price for shipping regardless of how many plants you purchase. The shipping cost to your area is automatically calculated at checkout. Even better—if you place multiple orders on the same day, we'll combine the shipping cost and promptly refund any extra charges!
What is the remote locality surcharge?
An additional shipping fee applies to remote areas to help cover the extra costs associated with delivering to less accessible locations. This surcharge ensures we can continue offering reliable service across Australia while maintaining the safety and quality of your plant deliveries.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We are a large-scale budget fruit tree nursery offering great prices every day for all customers. Our nursery is specifically designed to support bulk orders, and we regularly assist commercial growers and large project farms with establishing extensive plantings and fruit orchards.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Absolutely! Simply place your order on our website and select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We're conveniently located at 1452 Anzac Avenue, Kallangur QLD 4503, and we're open 7 days a week. Your order will typically be ready for pickup within 24 hours, and we'll send you an email confirmation when it's ready. Please collect your plants within 7 days. If you need more time, contact us and we may be able to make arrangements at our discretion.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your order's status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact us anytime.
Why do you get the best shipping rates?
We've partnered with courier companies to secure the lowest shipping prices for your fruit trees and plants, allowing us to pass those savings directly on to you. You can buy with confidence knowing you're getting exclusive deals that save you money!
