We Deliver to QLD, NSW, VIC, and ACT

Your order will be delivered by trusted couriers such as Aramex and Australia Post. At checkout, you’ll see which delivery options are available and can pick the one you want.

One Delivery Price

  • You pay the same delivery price whether you buy one plant or many.
  • Adding more plants to your order does not increase the delivery cost.
  • You will see this price clearly at checkout.
  • The delivery price is based on your address, not how many plants you buy.

Arrival Times

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We do our best to get your plants to you as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, or congestion in the postal network, as these events are outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Trimming

Sometimes, we need to trim taller trees to fit them into shipping boxes, as carriers have strict height limits. This should not be viewed as a problem. This actually helps your trees by encouraging new growth and branch formation, so they’ll thrive in their new home. We do not accept returns or refunds based on the fact your plants have been trimmed.

Pick Up Only (Some Items)

Some items are simply too large, fragile, or unsuitable for shipping. These products are marked “Pick Up Only”. You’re welcome to buy them online or in-store, but they must be collected from the nursery as we do not offer delivery for these items.

QLD Delivery Only (Some Plants)

A small number of plants can only be shipped within Queensland (QLD) due to Australian interstate biosecurity laws. These include some fruit trees such as citrus (lemons, limes, oranges, mandarins, etc.), grape vines, bananas, papaya, and sugarcane. These plants are marked with “QLD Only”.  If a plant is ordered and cannot legally be sent to your address, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange a refund or alternative.
