Kiwifruit ‘Dexter’ is a female vine producing medium-sized, sweet green kiwifruit with smooth skin. It grows to around 6–8 m high and wide, forming a vigorous climbing habit that requires trellising or strong support. Best grown in full sun with well-drained soil, it requires a compatible male pollinator, such as ‘Matua’, to ensure fruiting. Regular watering, fertilising, and winter pruning help maintain shape, encourage new growth, and improve fruit quality. Ideal for backyard orchards, pergolas, or garden trellises.
