Thank you,
my cape gooesberry plants arrived healthy, undamaged and and of a good size.
All the plants I ordered were well packaged and arrived in great condition. They all look very healthy and are going well since planted in my garden.
Fantastic service with a well packed undamaged arrival.
Thanks ladybird for a much great care.
I can fully recommend this nursery.
I have made several purchases with this nursery…. both instore and delivery. I have never had a dud plant and everything I have purchased is thriving. I don’t even bother looking elsewhere now…. This is my first and only stop.
The website is wanting, but my call was answered immediately and ended great to my satisfaction—really good service and products.
A pleasure to deal with. A truly seamless experience right the way through. The quality of the plants was really, really good.
As per your instructions I placed the Avocado tree out of the elements to give it a chance to recover and keep it out of the excessive rain in Toowoomba. I have now planted it in a well prepared location and the tree looks like it cannot wait to produce Avocado's. Thanks Jeff
Ordered items arrived in good time and very well packed. Everything arrived in good condition
I'm so impressed that you can send happy healthy plants as a parcel. The process was easy. Very friendly website. I'll be back.
I had the pleasure of visiting Ladybird Nursery on 17 October and could not have asked for a better experience!
I had a few questions about lemon trees and was fortunate enough to be referred to George, who was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to provide clear, informative advice about the different varieties of lemon trees.
What impressed me most was that when I asked a follow-up question he wasn't sure about, rather than guessing, George took the initiative to find the correct information and returned with an answer.
His professionalism, enthusiasm and commitment to providing excellent customer service were outstanding, particularly for someone so young.
George is an absolute credit to Ladybird Nursery, and I couldn't recommend them more highly!
Beautiful plants. The sansevieria is so majestic and it arrived in great condition even though the weather has been hot. Very happy
I ordered mandavilla sun parasol up and gold. The delivery was very fast and the plants arrived in excellent condition. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.
GREAT HEALTHY PLANTS GOING BACK TO QUEENSLAND IN JANUARY TO GORMANS GAP WHEN I CELEBRATE MY 80TH BIRTHDAY.
I was so impressed with the delivery, promptness and how perfectly the snakeplant arrived intact, no damage all the way from Qld to Melbourne. The plant is stunning and looks exactly as advertised. This whole process gives me confidence to order more plants in future. Thanks so much.
I was impressed with the variety of plants, many of them you wouldn't find anywhere else, that Ladybird had.
The ones I bought, arrived very speedily and in great condition.
Very happy all round and will definitely be a repeat customer.
Fast, efficient process from beginning to end and plants all arrived in great condition.
They have a huge range of good quality plants. The staff gave me great growing advice. Highly recommended!
Had such a lovely experience visiting the nursery in person! I went in to grab a strawberry plant and the staff were so sweet, taking the time to give me some really helpful advice on how to look after it. The customer service was amazing they also recommended for me fertilising it. Now i have a strawberry plant full of strawberries! It’s such a warm, welcoming local business with fantastic customer service. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough! 5 stars!
Great service and care taken to make sure delivery was on time and packaging carefully done to ensure plants were safe from damage
Fast service and my plant arrived healthy and just as described. I have used this company many times and always extremely satisfied.
The plant's arrived safe and sound. They were a little dryer than I expected, but in reasonably good nick. I will plant them today reading the information and see what happens.
Thank you
I couldn't buy any Plum tree's locally, so Birsbane to Port Macquarie it was - they were fast and efficient and my trees look great.
Ladybird notified me as soon as my tree was back in stock, which didn't take long. I received it really quickly, within a few days and was regularly updated about it's delivery status.
It was quite squashed in the box it arrived in but have followed instructions and hope it recovers and thrives once planted. Thank you
