Warrigal Greens (Tetragonia tetragonioides), also known as New Zealand Spinach, is a hardy, fast-growing, and drought-tolerant native leafy green. With a mild, spinach-like flavour, it thrives in warm climates and sandy soils, making it ideal for coastal gardens. Rich in nutrients, it’s perfect for salads, stir-fries, or as a cooked vegetable.
