Olive ‘Manzanillo’ (Olea europaea) - Large

Olive ‘Manzanillo’ is a popular olive variety grown for its large, flavourful fruit, ideal for both table olives and oil production. It forms an attractive evergreen tree with silvery green foliage and typically grows to around 4–6 m high and wide, though it can be kept smaller with pruning. Best grown in full sun, it prefers well-drained soil and is highly drought tolerant once established. Regular watering during establishment and fruit development will improve yields. Light, ongoing pruning helps maintain shape and encourages healthy growth.
