Kiwifruit ‘Hayward’ is a vigorous female vine producing large, sweet green kiwifruit with smooth, brown skin. It typically grows to around 6–8 m high and wide, forming a climbing habit that requires strong support or trellising. Best grown in full sun with well-drained soil, it requires regular watering, fertilising, and a compatible male pollinator, such as ‘Matua’ or ‘Dexter’, for fruit set.
