What Customers Are Saying About Emu Bush 'Pink Pantha'
Plants arrived in good time and were very healthy, very happy with the whole process, thanks, Kathy
From our first phone contact to delivery on the Nsw Victorian boarder we are staggered with the service. The plants were delivered in 3 days packed beautifully and in great nick,
I loved all the plants you sent me . They were in such good condition I am over the moon. I particularly loved the imperial red elephant ears stunning

Very helpful young man. Found my tree I was after. Carried my purchases to my car.

Thanks ladybird for a much great care.
I can fully recommend this nursery.
I have made several purchases with this nursery…. both instore and delivery. I have never had a dud plant and everything I have purchased is thriving. I don’t even bother looking elsewhere now…. This is my first and only stop.
The website is wanting, but my call was answered immediately and ended great to my satisfaction—really good service and products.
A pleasure to deal with. A truly seamless experience right the way through. The quality of the plants was really, really good.
As per your instructions I placed the Avocado tree out of the elements to give it a chance to recover and keep it out of the excessive rain in Toowoomba. I have now planted it in a well prepared location and the tree looks like it cannot wait to produce Avocado's. Thanks Jeff
Ordered items arrived in good time and very well packed. Everything arrived in good condition
I'm so impressed that you can send happy healthy plants as a parcel. The process was easy. Very friendly website. I'll be back.
I had the pleasure of visiting Ladybird Nursery on 17 October and could not have asked for a better experience!
I had a few questions about lemon trees and was fortunate enough to be referred to George, who was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to provide clear, informative advice about the different varieties of lemon trees.
What impressed me most was that when I asked a follow-up question he wasn't sure about, rather than guessing, George took the initiative to find the correct information and returned with an answer.
His professionalism, enthusiasm and commitment to providing excellent customer service were outstanding, particularly for someone so young.
George is an absolute credit to Ladybird Nursery, and I couldn't recommend them more highly!
Beautiful plants. The sansevieria is so majestic and it arrived in great condition even though the weather has been hot. Very happy
I ordered mandavilla sun parasol up and gold. The delivery was very fast and the plants arrived in excellent condition. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.
GREAT HEALTHY PLANTS GOING BACK TO QUEENSLAND IN JANUARY TO GORMANS GAP WHEN I CELEBRATE MY 80TH BIRTHDAY.
I would not recommend to buy from here. My experience was online so I didn’t get to choose the actual plants. 6 out of my 7 plants arrived with root rot. Most of them looked very different from the online photos. They were not healthy established plants. I have contacted the nursery twice and they haven’t replied to my concerns. Two of the plants are completely dead and the rest are struggling, it’s only been a few weeks. If you do buy from here make sure you record your box unpacking so you have timely evidence.
I was so impressed with the delivery, promptness and how perfectly the snakeplant arrived intact, no damage all the way from Qld to Melbourne. The plant is stunning and looks exactly as advertised. This whole process gives me confidence to order more plants in future. Thanks so much.
While the service should earn five stars it is the shipping fee that makes one reconsider.
The shipping costs fee is ridiculously high for one small item.
The only reason I paid this is because I was unable to purchase this item @nywhere else.
I was impressed with the variety of plants, many of them you wouldn't find anywhere else, that Ladybird had.
The ones I bought, arrived very speedily and in great condition.
Very happy all round and will definitely be a repeat customer.
