Eggplant 'Lebanese'

Eggplant 'Lebanese' is a compact and high-yielding variety known for its small, glossy, deep purple fruits with tender, mild-flavoured flesh. The plant typically grows to about 60–80 cm tall and 50–60 cm wide, making it ideal for garden beds or large pots. Fruits are best harvested when 10–15 cm long and are perfect for grilling, roasting, or adding to Mediterranean dishes. Plant in full sun with rich, well-drained soil and water consistently for best results. Support with a stake if needed and harvest regularly to encourage continuous production.
