A bit disappointed that one pot was sitting on top of the other one, and compressing the one below,also 2 plants the same size would have been preferable

Love this nursery! Had the opportunity to visit in person and you could easily spend hours looking through all the beautiful exotic plants.
All the plants we bought are incredibly healthy, and Ladybird stocks all those hard to find tropical fruit tree varieties.
The staff were lovely and helpful. I cannot wait for my next visit once they have restocked a few plants I am after.
On my end I need to make sure I ask for express post to keep them healthy and that I receive them quick. Normal post takes too long and some of the plants do not survive. But, otherwise your service is excellent.

I've ordered from you a few times and this is the first time I've been disappointed with the health of the plants, 3 x Grevillea Winter Delight. One is all but dead (I'll see if I can save it overnight), one is hanging in there but very dry and one is healthy. They arrived very dry and appeared suffocated.
