On my end I need to make sure I ask for express post to keep them healthy and that I receive them quick. Normal post takes too long and some of the plants do not survive. But, otherwise your service is excellent.

I've ordered from you a few times and this is the first time I've been disappointed with the health of the plants, 3 x Grevillea Winter Delight. One is all but dead (I'll see if I can save it overnight), one is hanging in there but very dry and one is healthy. They arrived very dry and appeared suffocated.
