I had a few questions about lemon trees and was fortunate enough to be referred to George, who was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to provide clear, informative advice about the different varieties of lemon trees.

What impressed me most was that when I asked a follow-up question he wasn't sure about, rather than guessing, George took the initiative to find the correct information and returned with an answer.

His professionalism, enthusiasm and commitment to providing excellent customer service were outstanding, particularly for someone so young.

George is an absolute credit to Ladybird Nursery, and I couldn't recommend them more highly!
