Kaimana Lychee Dwarf

The Kaimana lychee tree is a tropical fruit tree known for producing large, sweet, and juicy lychees. It has a rounded, dense canopy of glossy, dark green, pinnate leaves. In late spring to early summer, the tree blooms with clusters of small, white to yellow flowers, followed by the development of its highly prized fruit. The lychee fruit has a rough, red, leathery shell that's easy to peel, revealing translucent, juicy, and fragrant flesh with a sweet yet slightly tart flavor, usually surrounding a small seed. Thriving in subtropical to tropical climates, the tree prefers well-drained, fertile soil, full sunlight, and regular watering. Its combination of delicious fruit and ornamental beauty makes it popular in both commercial and home gardens. Freshly picked lychees are absolutely delicious compared to supermarket fruit. Prefers rich well drained soil, with lots of organic matter and mulch to retain moisture. Self-pollinating.
