Finger Lime (QLD Only)

Finger lime fruit trees. The finger lime tree produces ""citrus caviar"", little balls of lime juice that burst open in your mouth. Add to drinks and seafood. Used as a garnish, and in a host of other dishes. Or just eaten fresh. Suitable for growing in a pot. A rainforest plant in the wild, finger limes prefer part shade and are quite happy in shaded position (for eg. under the canopy of a large tree) although they can be gradually introduced to full sun. Plants for sale are 30-40cm high in 140mm pots. The colour of the fruit can vary from green to yellow, pink or red.
