Brisbane Golden Wattle (Acacia fimbriata), also known as Fringed Wattle, is a fast-growing, evergreen Australian native admired for its soft, feathery foliage and bright yellow, fluffy flowers that bloom from late winter into spring. It’s perfect for hedging, screening, or using as a feature tree in native or mixed-style gardens. This hardy plant thrives in full sun to part shade and tolerates light frost once established. It typically grows 4 to 6 metres tall and 3 to 5 metres wide, with a naturally dense, bushy shape that responds well to pruning.
