Cancellation policy

We kindly ask that you choose carefully before placing your order. If you request a cancellation, a 10% fee based on the total order value will apply.

If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee that changes can always be made.

Because our products are living plants, we begin preparing them for dispatch—and booking and paying for courier services—shortly after an order is placed to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Cancellations may not be accepted if your order has already been packed and sent.

Ladybird Nursery reserves the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or unfit for sale or transport, incorrect pricing or stock information has been displayed, or we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
